If the stuff posted on the site we cannot mention is correct, then account sharing is part of life for Evolution members. Maybe he used another Evolution member's account, one with powerful roles. It would also explain being hit with a banstick.
But I don't know. I'm just speculating cause I'm bored at work waiting for an SQL Server database to catch up with a MySQL database so I can do proper work.

why would it? its your own stupid fault for sharing your password.
ccp never belive anything at face value normally i bet if your char was moved from your account and u claimed it was a hacker they would tell you tough not our problem.
Account sharing is prohibited by the EULA. GM Nova made it clear that CCP don't go looking for account sharing (specifically in regard to cynonets), but they will take action if it is reported to them.

so loads of bob were banned for the cynonet that a dev was obviously aware of and probably even took advantage of himself?
